研究内容の紹介

細胞内のタンパク質はリン酸化されることで活性や局在などが変化します。リン酸化されたタンパク質は脱リン酸化酵素(Protein Phosphatase)によって脱リン酸化されます。我々はこのPhosphataseの一員であるType2A Ser/Thr Protein Phosphataseの細胞内シグナル伝達における役割についての研究を行っています。現在はType2A Protein Phosphataseの中でもPP2AとPP6に焦点をあて、組織幹細胞の癌化や細胞内代謝経路であるオートファジーにおける役割を明らかにすることを目的としています。
